Uber-Geekish Rock-Paper-Scissor Machine

Someone created hardware to play Rock-Paper-Scissor against a machine. It consists of an embedded computer with a glove that can recognize your own throw. It can automatically judge against the machine's bet - see it, to believe it, this deserves the Uber-Geek prize, in my opinion. But how do we know that the machine does not cheat?
