Naked Cafe, Encinitas

We have been with friends at the Naked Cafe in Encinitas (the place is on the north end of the strip mall - so the Google markup is not really accurate). There are actually four Naked Cafes, and sure enough, each party was going to another one initially. We tried the Blueberry Pancake and the Artichoke Scramble, and both have been very nice. The coffee seems to be the french roast variety, i.e. too bitter, but it was bearable. The staff is knowledgeable about vegan and non-fat diet. So this is overall a recommended place. Main setback is that their WWW site is Flash only, so you can't see the menu on the iPhone at all.
