PhotoSketch Collage

A research paper describes how to compose realistic photos based on a paper sketch... they identify the items on the sketch, find picture fragments that fit, and put them together like a collage. There are some binaries along this, but these are not low hanging fruit - some legwork needs to be done like indexing the source material. I am looking forward to an easy to use web service supporting this.
