Amazon case closed
TechFlash reports: The case of the Kindle user suing Amazon for removing digital content from his Kindle is settled. Strange enough, the terms are openly published. Amazon agrees to offer every customer who suffered from the deletion $30 (Amazon giftcard, so it is less for them), or the ebook in return. More expensive, $150,000 go to the lawyers, who in turn donate "their part" to a charity. I don't get "their part" - is that different from $150,000? Also, Amazon promised not to do evil again...
