Added a Search Gadget

Hey, a new feature on this very blog: Search, powered by Google, no surprise, despite the noise that Bing is making. Bing, actually, shows this blog on 8th position (today) when searching with simple input ("klaus hofrichter blog"). Google excludes per default the word "blog" (today), and the blog does not show at all due to all the other entries that come first. But when "blog" is included, it's on the 3rd position. Anyway, you will see now on the right hand side of this blog the search box, which adds "site:blog.klaushofrichter.net" as prefix to a normal search, but then inserts the result somehow in the blog itself. Neat.
