Water Restrictions are close

Starting in July, the close-by city of Escondido will implement water restrictions for the residents lawn: only three days a week for 10 minutes each is allowed. Odd-numbered homes in both cities water lawns Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday; even-numbered homes water lawns Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. No water on Fridays for the lawn. I am sure that it will hit San Diego soon.
