Considering a Wildflower-Watching-Trip

This weekend Christina and I plan to see some Wildflowers. Last year we visited Torrey Pines State Reserve Park, this year we considered Anza-Borrego Desert, but 90 minutes drive is too much at this point. After reviewing and article in the Union Tribune: A close-by compromise is the Mission Trails Regional Park. Let's see what comes up at the end. Two Torrey Pines pictures are below.
